Melinda Blayney: Melinda has worked in various roles across numerous functions in the FMCG, Liquor and Wine industries over the past 20 years. From the early days at Vittoria Coffee working as a VRP, to finding her passion in project management, marketing and operations roles at Coca-Cola Amatil, Accolade Wines and CCEP. Melinda is now very excited to be sharing these skills and experience through Open Gate Consulting.

Scott Bell: Scott started his career with Franklins and Coles, spending a further 9 years in sales management roles across Arnott’s, Simplot and Ferrero. In 2011, Scott joined Accolade Wines and in 2017, Scott was appointed as GM Global Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP). In 2020, Scott joined Duxton Vineyards as the Commercial Director – ANZ. Scott is pleased to now share his experience and knowledge with our Open Gate Consulting clientele.
